I have never posted here although I have been lurking since June 2008. I just wanted to tell you ladies that there is always hope!! My husband and I tried to conceive for 2 yrs and 3 months. After a yr. of ttc, we found out dh had low sperm count. His numbers were running at 8 million - 12 million. We tried 3 IUIs with his sperm with no sucess. Then we tried 2 IUIs with donor sperm. Still no success. In April 2008, we scheduled IVF for August 2008. I finally accepted that this was the route we were going to have to take. I was expecting AF around May 15, 2008. It never came. I finally took a pregnancy test June 1. (I didn't think there was any way I could be pregnant because our last IUI was in Februaury). The test was positive. Amazingly, we got pregnant on our own. None of the drs. or us thought that would ever happen. We now have a beautiful daughter named Natalee. She was born January 19, 2009. She is healthy and perfect in everyway. Not a day goes by that I don't thank God for my baby. Miracles do happen. My daughter is proof. I wish all of you the best. I know how frustrating this situation is. I got so tired of hearing people tell me to relax & it would happen. That is bull - we got lucky. However, I did want to give all of you some encouragement. I wish you the best!!

Thank you so much for sharing your story. Just yesterday a friend of mine told me to let go and then it will happen. I asked her how to do that, but she couldn't give me an answer. I really needed to hear your story today, it gives me a lot of hope. Thank you for encouraging me.
