Our main problem seems to be a male factor one, but the docs have put me on clomid for 6 months before we go on the IVF waiting list.

Has anyone here been put on clomid to help with a male factor problem? My docs have said it will increase my fertilty and so increase our chances.

Any thoughts?

yes I got pregnant on my first cycle of clomid last year, apparently the more eggs the better chance of his low count making it to one.
and now im on clomid again hoping it works again.

Last SA ours was morphology 7%, motility 53% (43% active and 10% sluggish) 17 million of sperm per ml. 3.2ml volume if i remember correctly.

I took clomid, but it was more for my issues (PCOS, age) and as DH is completely infertile, the RE had me take it to give us a better chance with the IUI using donor sperm.

Oh my DHs count was not good .first of all he only gave them 1ml which it basically like a drop. then the count was 16million,motility was only 10%, and morphology was 30% which they said was normal. the count and motility is what they were concerned about. and this was done after 5 days of abstinence.
but hey we did get pregnant last year on our own just BDing the old fashioned way and I put in a instead cup after and it worked, sadly I lost the baby so were still TTC.

for the morphology I know vitamin c can help.
