My DH has SUPER low sperm count (cant recall the numbers). We have had 2 failed IUIs and are trying the Instead Cups this month. Has any one of you ladies had a BFP after using these cups with low sperm counts? Or ever heard of someone getting a BFP after using cups with low sperm count??? Thanks

I have heard of them, but in our case it wouldn't have worked, so we didn't try them. I have heard of others having success with them with both fresh sperm (inserting right after dtd) and also with frozen sperm.

Yes, we used instead cups with our DS and my DH has low sperm count. We were getting frustrated because nothing was happening so I decided to try the instead cups with preseed and we got a BFP the first month we used them. I truly believe that was the reason we got pg that month.
