Found out DH has low sperm count AND low motility. I'm just wondering what are the best options right now? i'm so lost

Sorry that you got this bad news....but, IVF is still an option, and there is a possibility they can give your DH some medicine to fix his counts, so that you could either TTC naturally or do an IUI

i heard vitamin C and zinc help so he's taking at the moment and my doctor has him booked in for another test in the 2 weeks just the double check because she doesnt like to rely on one test. so here's hoping

Sorry you're having to go thru this. With us, DH had no spermies, so I don't have any advice to offer for increasing numbers. I'm glad your doctor is doing additional tests and I hope you get better results this next time. Good luck & keep us posted!!

hey mel, i'm in the same boat as you
just found out on tuesday that DH has a low sperm count and low motility. we don't know what our options are right now but we have an appt with an infertility clinic in 2 weeks.

I ovulated on day 57 this past cycle i wanted my dr to prescribe me clomid or metformin but she wouldn't because they are handing us over to the other clinic
