After getting blood work done March 6!! we finally got the results from DH's first set of blood work, since starting Clomid, today. So here they are...
the doctor is going to be calling DH tomorrow to discuss what changes/ if any need to be made to his dosage, but the dr. assistant told me today that his numbers are good!! They told us that there is a correlation between the numbers rising and sperm production increasing, but not a direct correlation. We are soooo hoping that this means he is producing more than 5 sperm that have to be hunted down!
This whole time I have been not getting my hopes up about this working and just figured that the blood work would show no change, but after this jump my hopes are officially up that DH may actually be producing some healthy sperm, so we have a chance at having a baby!! I am praying that for once we may actually be getting some good ttc news!
ETA: I talked to DH's dr. today and his numbers are good, he is supposed to take a half Clomid every other day instead of a whole one every other day. He will be going in another 4 weeks for blood work #2. So if we get those results and no change is needed DH will be doing another s/a around the middle of May to see if any spermies are showing up!
