..and I hope its a little 'something' for everyone.
My sister (who is currently 6 months pregnant) has a friend who was TTC w/ MFI for almost a year. Her hubby had a vasectomy reversal and shortly after, had a SA done- outcome was 0 sperm!! ZIPPO!!! So of course, she immediately got on the internet and searched what DH could do to improve his spermies. She found some vitamins that was believed to improve sperm count. So she loaded DH up on them......3 months later (since it takes 74 days for sperm to circulate) they did another SA and..........DH had a 20 million count!!! Now, whether it be luck or the vitamins he was taking, it worked!! AND---- (here's the best part) She got pregnant that same month!!!! Soooo....while I was at my sisters house today, she wrote down what her friends DH was taking and I wanted to pass it on to all of you.

This is the site where she got all the vitamins from
Myvitanet.com -- Low Prices! Huge Selection! Fresh Vitamins

*Selenium-- 200mg a day
*Vitamin C --250-500mg 3 times a day
*Vitamin E --400mg a day
*Zinc --50-100mg a day
*Coenzyme Q10 --30-50mg a day
*Folic Acid --400mg a day
*B Complex- - one a day
*Fish oil --2-3 capsules a day
*Multivitamin every day

Wow! That's great news for them.

It's funny because we have almost all of that in our cabinet now! I just showed DH and he's going to adding those to his daily vitamin tomorrow!!

If you get a BFP after having DH take these....please let me know and mention that these vitamins are what you took.....( I'll keep it for records and pass it on )
GOOD LUCK!

I think these were all individual pills. But I'm sure you can find a multivitamin with all these in it. Just make sure they are the same milligrams as listed. Although, some of these need to be taken more then others so individual pills would probably work best. (some are one pill a day and some are 3 times a day) ALSO- amongst all of these pills, he took just a regular multivitamin (even though most of the multis have these ingredients) I'll ask my sister tomorrow and confirm all this.
