Well, I have been hearing all this talk about how vitamins are supposed to help improve sperm. Do you really believe the hype? my hubby is already on pills. He said it is so much pills to take. Also, its very expensive to buy the fertility pills. we have an appointment june 7th and I wanted to get him on vitamins. I was wondering do you think i should wait or do it before?

Well-- I've had DH on some multivitamins for about 6 months. Its actaully a cheap bottle we bought on Walgreens that was only like $10 for the bottle. The MOST IMPORTANT VITAMIN that DH needs is ZINC!!! I have lots of Faith in ZINC!!! So make sure hes taking that!!

My DH is taking menevit, ZINC, L-carnitine and vitamin C Everyday. I know his volume has increased a lot. His second SA was a little better than the first, not by much because he did his second one only a month after the first and I have been reading sperm have a 72 day cycle?

My DH takes Fertility Blend, Zinc, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Vitamin C, and Co-Q10. I have no idea if it's all really working but we are planning on having another SA done at the end of May so he will be on the pills for 3 months.
