I am wondering if this might be a good place for me... I'm Cassie 23 and Dh Greg 25, we have been ttc for 2 years and 3 months now. We did our first iui yesterday after clomid and repronex with hcg trigger. They told us his numbers were really low, they like 4.5 million good ones for iui and he only had .7 million good ones so our chances are slim to none, because I also only had one good follie and they were hoping for two for a better shot. So far all of my tests have come back okay like my hsg. I think we may have other issues considering we did clomid days 3-7 and on day 10 I only had one follie that was not big enough and my lining was really thin. We did repronex injections on days 11 and 12 and that helped the one follie get to 20 and my lining went from 2.5 to 8, but it took all that just to get to a normal ovulatory cycle. When it rains...it pours! Thanks for listening
I'm sorry hun. That's really rough I hope you get your BFP. DBF and I are doing Clomid this cycle and then next cycle hopefully we can move on to IUI. We have no fertility insurance whatsoever so that is our biggest barrier.

TTC our first together for almost 13 months and suffering from MFI.
Cycle #9 [May 29th, 2010]: 50mg Clomid CD 5-9: NO FOLLIES. On Provera.
Cycle #10 [July 13th, 2010]: 100mg Clomid CD 3-7: NO FOLLIES. Trying to ovulate on my own via a scan on CD 18! 12mm follie.
Yeah we don't have insurance that covers anything related to infertility either, even though my deductable has been met. Appearantly they think that because it is not life threatening it is optional and they don't want to pay. Lame...
I'm Aimee and DH is Adam, we are dealing with a 0 sperm count, so we're on the severe end of MFI. DH is currently on his 4th month of taking Clomid to see if it will help sperm production as they only found 5 during his teste biopsy. We are waiting for the results of his s/a to see if anything shows up yet.
I hope your stay is short and this IUI is all you need! KUP
We also are doing an IUI this cycle and have no fertility coverage so I understand completely where you are coming from. Did your doctor suggest an IUI?
I think you still have a chance . I have heard IUI success storys with some pretty low counts. its really a shorter distance they have to travel. Good luck .
HI there, I am new here too, but not new to ttc. we have been ttc for 2+ years too with 4 miscarriages. I just wanted to welcome you here and wish you much success in your journey!
