DH takes Vitabiotics Wellman conception blend.

Don't know how much they worked, but he started taking them after the first SA. On the second SA progressive motility had improved 10% and number per ml had improved by 3 million.

He also stopped smoking and stopped the hot baths, so don't know if it was the vits, or a combination of all three. Either way, i'm not complaining!

My husband only takes fertility blend. I always thought that's enough, blush, so I guess I need to get him some more vitamins.

The only thing I've been able to get mine to take is Geritol, 1 combo calcium, zinc, magnesium pill (daily recommended is 3), and garlic (a friend of his suggested garlic to help with male infertility though I've never found anything to support it)

I really want him to take some of the other supplements that your husbands take but he freaks if I change the pills in his containers.
