I hope no one minds me asking but what results did you all get on your SA?

Just wondering what everyone is dealing with, is it bad, really bad, or just a bit on the low side?

I'd especially also like to hear the SA results from the MFI ladies who have graduated with either MA or a natural BFP.

Ours are

.................................................. ........SA #2............. .......SA#1
Semen volume:.................................. 3.2 ml ....................3.2ml
Total sperm in the ejaculate: .............54.4 million ............44.8 million
Sperm per ml: ....................................17 million/ml.......... 14 million/ml
Progressive motility:............................ 43%................ .....33%
Total Motility: ......................................53%......... ............. 43%
Morphologically Normal: (strict)........... 7%......................... 7%

On the wash and swim test, 50,000 made it through, which I thought was pretty good, but the nurse said no. And that’s apparently the issues. DH appears to have short distance sprinters and he needs long distance runners!

Just copying and pasting from my other post This is the first SA that DH has done.

Semen Volume: 2.5ml
ph : 8.5 (normal 7.2-8)
motile/ml .5 million
sperm/ml 1.35
motility 36%
Grade: 2.5
motile/ejaculate 1.3
viscosity 4
agglutination 4

So it is bad. Very, very bad . The crazy thing is we conceived our son completely naturally just over 2 years ago after only trying for 6 months. As far as we know, nothing has changed with DH's health to lower his sperm count since then. So I guess our son was probably just a complete and total miracle. Who knows, if we had gotten a SA done before I got pregnant with him, we may have just given up when we got the results. We'll never know though. I think is safe to say DH's counts have probably always been low, though...even if not quite this low.

Well I don't have all that info like you guys do but here's what I have:

Count: 9.8 million
Motility: 29%
Morphology: 3%

So they are all bad We will get another count when we do our IUI next cycle.

We had 3 SA's done, all over 3 years ago, they were

............SA #1.................SA #2.......................SA #3
Count: 1.3 million.............3.4 million.................5.6 million
Motility: 20%....................30 %.......................60%
Morphology: 60%..............60%.......................60%

After the 3rd SA, about 3-4 months later we conceived our son naturally after 2 years and 2 months of trying, we have no idea what my dh's SA would be like now and won't have him retested until its been a year of trying again, which would be end of this year.
