So I thought yesterday was CD 1, I had to use a tampon all day. It was lighter than my normal AF, but I figured the heavy stuff would come this morning. Well I woke up this morning to nothing!! Nothing on my pad, nothing when I wipe, absolutely nothing. But I called the RE yesterday saying it was CD 1 and I have an appt for Monday morning which should be CD 4, but now I'm not sure it will be!

What should I do? Should I call them back and say it wasn't CD 1? I have never had my cycles be this screwy at the beginning!!!

if you had full flow yesterday..IMO i would say it was cd 1 reguardless of what today is..i did the same thing once and by the 3rd day it was still really light..if you were on a medicated cycle..that might be whats causing it..if not ask your RE when you go in on monday! good luck girl1

Well still no sign of "real" AF, I had a little brownish red spotting earlier in the day and have had nothing since. I have been working out more, so maybe that made AF lighter ?? The only other thing I did was switch from a prenatal vitamin to Geritol Complete, but would a vitamin change affect AF like this? Hopefully this doesn't screw the IUI cycle up!!

Still nothing this morning. Now I'm getting kind of confused, I always spot for a good 2-4 days before AF with the spotting getting progressively heavier until AF shows. I've never gone backwards in the spotting progression! I'm actually debating testing just so AF will show! It seemed like that was the surest thing to bring AF, as soon as I tested AF would show within a matter of hours. However, I hate to pay for a test just to bring AF on

Can you have a 1 day AF? I guess maybe that's all I will get this cycle??

lurking.... I don't really know your history or anything but I'd test if there's any chance you could be pregnant at all. I had what I thought was a day or two of a light AF when I was pg with #2 and then a week later I didn't feel "normal" so I tested and it was a BFP! GOod luck!!!!

I'm guessing this is just a really light AF, I've some more red today. Nothing major, but some cramping too, so I know this is AF. I just really hope it's because of working out and doesn't affect being able to do the IUI. I'm still planning on going to the RE tomorrow, so I will update tomorrow after my appt.
