Hey ladies! I know I dont post in here much, I have a whole lot going on with other boards, but my DH has low sperm count and they're a little slow also. I was just wondering if anybody has ever heard of pycnogenol? Ive read online it seems to work pretty well, Im just curious if anybody has any experience with it!

I have looked into it and it sounds like it has mostly been shown to improve morphology. I don't have DH on it (yet!) b/c his morphology was actually the one thing that wasn't awful on his SA. I'm sure it couldn't hurt though!
