Sooo in February my DH had an SA and his count was as follows:

9.8 million total sperm count
29% motility

Today for our IUI we got a new count.....

13.4 million total sperm count
54% motility

Oh My Goodness!!! The vitamins he has been taking seem to have worked wonders for him!! So now his motility is normal....his morpholgy is almost normal (his is 3% and normal is 5%)....so it's just his count thats a little low. WE ARE SOOO EXCITED!!!

That's awesome Sarah!! I posted to you on TTC#1, I forget, is Dh taking Fertility Blend?? I still have DH on Fertilaid, but he doesn't remember to take it all the time We have both noticed a volume improvement over the last couple months so could be quitting smoking and the vitamins! Guess we'll find out in a month after our next RE visit!

Good luck with your IUI hun!!!! I hope that was the last time you had to ttc for 9 months!

Here's what DH takes every day:
2 Fertility Blend
1000mg of Vitamin C
B50 B-Complex
50mg Zinc (he takes this every other day because it made him feel funny)
1200mg Fish Oil
50mg Co Q-10
