What would be better BDing as much as possible or every so often? With motility and low count...

I wasn't using OKS that month...I just assumed I was ovulating so we BD as much as we could in our time window. We did use instead cups though too and also alternated between BDing in the morning and evening.

I've heard that you should actually BD MORE OFTEN if you have low sperm counts and motility. Apparently it is supposed to help the sperm. Sperm only lives in the testicles for like 4 days BUT new sperm is produced everyday....so either way- I would say it would be fine to BD every OTHER day OR everyday.

Its worth a shot to try to BD everyday during your window...if it doesn't work...well- then theres always next month....

I am not sure what is better, we conceived my son 3 years ago bding every other day but it took us 26 months to conceive him, this time around we did every other day for 7 months and the last 2 months everyday for 4 days and no bfp yet, we also have used the soft cups the last 3 months, no luck...I wouldn't go as long as 48 hours between bdings, I'd go with more like every 30-36 hours, alternating days and nights, like bd CD 11 night, CD 13 morning, CD 14 night, CD 16 morning
