so as i stated before we were told IVF is our best chance to concieve. I have seen and heard people saying taking these certain vitamins helped out tons.

Maybe try searching the forums..good luck oh and i know that on the list are

Vit c
Vit d
Zinc
Coq10
and there are some more..those are just the ones off the top of my head! Good luck hun..we were told ivf is our only option too

it sucks but you just never know!
