my DH has been on his vitamins
vit B12
L - carnitine
vit C
vit E
men's multi
zinc
folic acid

for about 5 months since his SA his count and motility was really low. I would like him to go for his second one now, has anyone's man had any success on numbers with these vitamins?

I have DH on a similar vitamin regimine

The full list is up in infertility tricks. He also just had varicocele repair 2 days ago, so his next SA won't be for another 3 months.

I have seen alot of success stories with these vitamins, I hope they help your DH
