My DH has low mobility.

I was wondering if he took L-carnitine, Acetyl L-carnitine and a multivitamin will that be enough??

Do anyone knows of a good male multivitamin-like from Walgreens or something I can buy over the counter that can also help??

Does you or someone you know have any succes stories from taking these vitamins??

There are tons of things he can take, but anything is better than nothing. I would for sure also have him on 1000mg Vitamin C.

DH is on MegaMen Prostate and Virility Multivitamin from GNC. It has optimal amounts of most of the fertility boosting vitamins.

I have seen quite a few BFP stories with vitamins, on JM and other boards. It seems to vary depending on what the cause of the MFI is (for instance, if it is caused by a genetic problem, vitamins won't help), but it is definitely worth a shot.
