Anyway, we can't afford to do IVF (well we could do it, but we can't afford to have it not work) and adoption will definitely stretch our budget at this point, so we'll try anything natural that we can. I found a few studies about N-acetyl cysteine. It's an amino acid and seems to improve sperm motility and semen volume. DHs should take 600mg and also 200mg selenium (DH's multivitamin has that much selenium, so he doesn't take any additional). I found it pretty reasonably priced on Vitacost.com. Just thought I'd share.
