How often do you and your DH DTD around O time? I've read that for men with a low count its best to wait 48 hrs. We DTD twice yesterday, and today I got a +OPK. Should we wait until tomorrow or go ahead today?

I would wait until tomorrow. You should have your bases covered from the day before.
