Just recently discovered them ,they can help keep the swimmers where they belong inserted after intercourse .and might be better for some of us who are smaller down there. they are the same size in depth but a little over a inch smaller in diameter, I remember thinking I wish they made instead cups just a inch smaller. moon cups are bell shaped and made of silicon so another plus is they dont wrinkle up while inside. they are made in the UK but I ordered mine off amazon. and they are reusable just wash it after each use.
