You can control the level of the cholesterol by two ways. The first is control it by yourself and the second by the change in the medications.
1.) Self-help :
Eat healthy food which has fewer amounts of fats.
Dont have junk foods such as biscuits, cakes, pastries, butter they have more number of fats.
You can have intake of the food such as eggs, prawns. These have lower effect on the cholesterol.
You may also take an advice of doctor and take the intake of the food.
Have intake of fibre which is soluble such as intake of leafy vegetables, beans, fruits etc.
Always exercise and this will help you to lessen the level.
