My husband wanted to lose some weight and feel better overall by cutting a lot of junk out of his diet so he decided to juice raw fruits and veggies. One of his main juices was with papaya which is said to help male fertility it contains arginine. Anyway after 5 years of ttc and giving up 2 months after juicing, BFP. In all the time with infertility we never had Dh tested so I can't say this was the reason but it sure helped IMO. I hope I made sense and could maybe help someone out there
