Hi everyone; my DH and I have been TTC our first for a year and a couple of months now, with an early m/c. We got pregnant the first month NTNP, it wasn't even TTC yet, but I miscarried at 8 weeks. We have been trying ever since and I have been on clomid for 2 cycles now, since my LP was short and my progesterone low. I asked my obgyn for a SA last week since I wanted to make sure there weren't any issues on that end before I started on my second clomid cycle... Well a few days later we got the results and although his numbers were ok (a little on the low side but not enough so as to be concerned) but what wasn't ok was the elevated numbers of white blood cells. The nurse told me they don't like seeing them over 1 (I think it's one million per something?) and DH's were 20-30! She told us we need to go see a urologist immediately and we have an apt for tomorrow, Friday, at 3pm. We have been very concerned since we found out.

I tend to always think the worst and I am so worried about prostate cancer. I know it's silly to assume the worst but I don't have much experience with this, so I am not sure what all could be causing this.
I just hope that they can do some examinations tomorrow and hopefully find the cause. I am hoping a simple round of antibiotics will do the trick... DH has had the worst luck concerning surgeries; he lost his spleen after a very bad car accident and last year he had to have emergency surgery on his gallbladder so he had that removed as well. We spent several days in the hospital since they couldn't do that surgery laprascopically because of the scar tissue from the car accident surgeries.
Anyways, sorry to be so long winded but I wanted to explain the circumstances. I'm hoping some of you have had experience with this and can tell me about it.
Thanks in advance!!
