My DH had semen analysis and the results showed that he has
Sperm concentration : 12 mil /ml
Total count = 75 mil
Volume = 6.25 ml

concentration is below 20 mil/ml but total volume is good.
Is this kind of result normal? I am confused

Sorry this reply is a little late. The concentration is low, but the total number of sperm is above the normal limits, which 40 million total sperm (my DH falls into the same category, low concentration but high enough volume usually that his total counts are "normal")

Do you know what his motility is? That is just as important as the count.
