My DH had good count and good motility but low morphology. In addition to his general multivitamin, we added the following supplements and, in about one month, his morphology percentage doubled (from 2% to 4% under strict criteria). We also both switched to a mostly organic diet at the same time.
With this result, we were able to do IVF without ICSI and had a 80% fertilization rate (10 mature eggs, 8 fertilized, 5 of them grew into robust healthy blastocysts). All of this was better than our RE expected (I am 39 so these are better percentages than normal for my age and at the start they were thinking 4-6 eggs would be a good result for me). Of course it's worth noting that I also consulted with a nutritionist and added coenzyme q10 and inositol to my supplements to help egg quality.
Vitamin E (200 IUs - urologist said not to go over 400 IUs total and there is some in his general multivitamin)
Selenium 200 mcg
L-Arginine 500 mg
Zinc - 100 mg
Folic Acid - 400 mcg
Vitamin C - 500 mg
Before starting we consulted with a nutritionist to make sure that was not too much of anything.
