I'm going to

what everyone else has said!!! get a semen analysis!!!
Although, if I were you, I'd get both him
and yourself tested. I've luckily found that on our end, I have no problems ... however my husband has low everything (count, motility, 0% morph, volume, testosterone, etc...) AND he just went in for chromosome (blood) testing to see if that's the issue as well...now granted, we've been trying for 2 years and his numbers have not improved at all...
but if the chromosome testing comes back positive for the issue, then we will know that trying on our own is no use and that we will have to pursue either donor sperm, embryo adoption or traditional adoption.
I'm not by any means trying to scare you - I'm just telling you our story...
I know how scary testing is, but if you don't GET tested, you'll never know if there IS something that you should be treating.
Good luck to you and I truly hope that there's no issues at all!!!
