I know a lot of women talk about adding vitamins in to their hubby's diets, which vitamins I'm not entirely sure of but I'm sure if you look through posts you 'll find some answers and of course I'm sure someone with more knowledge on the subject will repost to this

I will post in a few what I had my DH take. He had horrible sperm count and motility issues, people swear I am crazy but I swear it's what got us pregnant. I know it wont work on everyone but its worth a shot ya know?

Our fertility specialist recommended Proceptin. It's a little pricey, but not compared to most medications! Hoping it helps us but too soon to tell!

Hi,
Our Fertility Dr. recommended Fertility Blend for men. And to be honest, our Fertility Dr. told us our only hope is IVF, which we cannot afford. He didn't even tell us about anything that we can do to help his sperm count... I was the one who had to ask him if he suggests a vitamin. I think he just wants our money for the IVF!

My regular OBGYN said that she's had patients where Fertility Blend for men helped them conceive. MY husband and I are trying it right now. No fertility issues with me, just his low sperm count & low motility.
Hope this helps! =)

My husband has been taking a multivitamin and was told to wear boxers instead of boxer briefs...and to keep his "boys" cool as he seems to run hot lol. That's all they really said for him. :/

My husband was prescribed Chlomid (25 mg/daily). Our RE said it helps increase sperm count in MOST men. He's also been taking Fertility Blend for Men and a multivitamin.

Other things he can do: switch from briefs to boxers, quit smoking ciggs, no drugs, quit alcohol, stay away from hot tubs/baths, keep laptop computer off of lap, eat healthy, etc.

My husband was diagnosed in July 2013 with a low sperm count:

Count: 9 million
Motility: 14%
Morphology: 12%

He began taking Fertility Blend for Men (he's been taking 2 pills daily for the past 3 months) and was prescribed Clomid (he's been taking 25 mg daily for the past 2 months) and had a repeat SA today for our IUI and his numbers were much better! His count was still the same, but the motility was MUCH BETTER:

Count: 9 million
Motility: 87%
Morphology: 12%

Hi ladies! My husband also has low sperm count. Concentration is about 2.9 million out of 6.9. His motility and morphology are decent. My acupuncturist recommended he start taking three things...antioxidants, L-carnitine, and L-arginine. When he had only been on them for about a month and a half he got another SA done and they said that his count was still under the 20 million needed to be "normal" but that it had definitely improved a good bit. And it takes a full 3 months for sperm to reproduce! So that was great news. It's been a pain getting the copy of the results so I don't know the exact numbers yet but it has been almost 3 months now since he has started taking them. He can also tell his sex drive is higher! I would check it out. Make sure the antioxidant that you get has good stuff in it. I posted a link to the one that my hubby takes. I went to the vitamin shoppe originally and the man looked up what would be best for MFI to include in a antioxidant and we looked at almost all the different ones they had and picked out this one. I tried to post the link to it but it wouldn't let me bc I am new and havent had "10 posts" yet. Message me if you would like the link.

L-Carnitine and L-argnine can be bought anywhere. Doesnt matter the brand really. It's all the same!

I hope this helps someone!
