I am about to buy a sponsor image link for my sig
Can i pay other members to have my link in thier sig?

No, you would not be able to pay other members to use your link in your signature. In order to have a link to a business in your signature at all you will need to be a paid siggy sponsor and have administrator prior to placing it in your signature.
