I was trying to load the chat to make sure i had all the java updates ready. I can't get past this point.



I normally run on mozilla firefox, but i also tried running it in IE. Any thoughts?

ETA: Just thought i should mention that i never have an opportunity to log into the chat, it seems to do it automatically.

It's because of the hearts in your user name. You'll need to change it to something without the special characters, as our chat software does not recognize them. You can do that under "My Controls."
