We have VOIP with DSL. Almost every time I visit JM it knocks out our phone adapter and I have to reset the router to fix it. Has anybody had this problem before that was able to fix it? Does anybody have any suggestions? It won't keep me away from JM, but it would be nice not to have to reset the router 99.9% of the time I visit the forums.

I have the Comcast triple play and have never had this happen. Have you called your service provider?

Repeatedly and their attempts have failed to fix it. I think we might need a different adaptor, but trying to tell Verizon that is a pain. We're constantly watching for Comcast to finish setting up out here so we can switch.
