I am not getting any e-mails when I have a PM or when someone replies to a topic I am subscribed to. This type of thing happened before and I was told it's because I am using a Hotmail account. Well, it took a few weeks and the issue resolved itself somehow. But now it happened again. Do you think it's the same thing happening again? Just really frustrating.
