Just curious because it told me I had exceeded my limit when I tried to add one more. Some posters seem to be allowed a ton though - one person I saw had 25 blinkies, two tickers, and two pictures - how come some are allowed that many but others aren't?

Everyone has a 600x600 pixel space to use. To add more blinkies then use the Tag code from photobucket instead of the HTML code

If you need help send me a pm. You can only use the [IMG] tag three times. If you use the html code they give you at photobucket instead you shouldn't have any problems.
