Unless your photo hosting album is public, or it shares the same password as the one you had when JM was phished, then the only thing they can really do with your photo is right click and save whatever is in your signature. Which anyone can do at any time anyway. So if your photo hosting site shared the same password, you should change that password as well as make sure all your albums are set to private.
If you don't know how to set to private, photobucket is the only one I know how to do, and you have to go to account options (link is located at the top right hand section of the page) and then there is an option there to set your albums to private. You can also further lock them by adding a password to the albums which is done in the same section.
