One of our members can't log in yet .. *Jessie* says when she enters her username and password she gets a message that says it can't recognize her password. She said she emailed Tuesday about it but hadn't heard back.

She's not recieving ANY emails from JM ... although she has checked her spam/junk folders as well. She didn't recieve the initial announcement either.

I'm wondering if an admin can PM me ... and I will give you email address she's checking (she says she's only ever had one email account) and you can check to make sure that's where her emails are coming from and maybe where you've replied to.

Have her send an email to boards@justmommies.com . Some emails are kicking back emails and correspondance from JM. I use an AOL email for here, and AOL kicks back any JM emails. I never see them. Ask her to email that email and tell them what she wants her password changed to. Then once she logs in, she can change her password using the normal software if she likes.

Trina. I am not sure if the reason she hasn't had a response is because of the fact that we have literally had hundreds of emails to answer. We are answering them as quickly as possible and are answering them in the order they are received. If she hasn't heard back from an admin by this evening please drop me a pm with her user info and I will help. Bear with us. We are doing the best we can to help everyone with password resets.
