I have sent several PM's over the last few weeks, and it appears they are not being received. I know this because I've submitted several photos for photo contests, and my photos are not being added. Logical since they're not receiving.

Is this a board wide issue?

Can you try sending me a pm? This is the first I've heard of this complaint. Also click on the check box to track the pm. That should tell you if the person received it.
