Hello -- is there a way to get around my posts/replies being approved every single time I write one and submit it?

We're working as fast as we can to get all posts approved. For security reasons we are not releasing the exact criteria to be moved out of moderation. How do you get access to a private message board such as Christian Parenting. I read that I needed to send a PM (is this personal message?) to the moderator. I can't send a message because I'm not authorized. It also said that I needed a foumn password. How do I get this? I am intersted in joining the Christian Parenting Forumn.

The Christian Parenting board does have a few private subforums, but their main board is not private. Anyone can join.

When I first joined I was a little apprehensive about the whole 'pre-moderation' thing but after I started posting I realized how quick the moderators are when it comes to approving posts. Don't let it scare you away! Pre-moderation will not affect your ability to contribute to threads and be a part of the community in any way! Happy posting, new members!

For security reasons we are not releasing the exact criteria. You should be out of moderation soon.

I am trying to be patient, but it is hard.... it seems to take a bit long to get them approved... especially since I make many of my posts in the evenings PST... I am assuming nobody is around then to moderate them?

I hope I wont be in it much longer... I am not tyring to whine and I get the idea of it, but it is tough because sometimes I can't remember if I replied already or not waiting for it to show up, and also things like the daily stat updates I can't really do because by the time my entry shows up the list would be ruined because many others would have posted after me and not added me in their lists and then mine would be pasted at the bottom or whatever and obviously would be missing all the others to post after me.

Anyway I can see I am going to like this board, and I just hope I am out of moderation soon!

Pardon me for poking in, I just wanted to address this .. it jumped out at me
To know if you've replied to a post- notice on the left hand side (before you open the topic?) there are little "cups"? If you've replied to a post, there will be a spoon in the cup

Of course, I'm not actually sure the cup shows up when you're in pre-moderation and the post hasn't gone through yet.. if not, I've completely wasted your time but I thought I'd throw it out there for you.. you can test it and reply to something and see if you get a cup. Then you'll know what you've replied to!

Thanks I had noticed that, but I still couldn't remember if I had replied a second time in one post... like in a post I started, if I were to reply to one other person's reply, and then go to reply to another later I coudln't remember which posts I had already replied back to lol.
