Just me again, I followed the link that you provided and it was very helpful to me, thank you, however, none of the circumstances seems to be the problem. I also went ahead and signed on to 2 other computers in my area, and used a 3rd computer that someone else has signed on to to check to see if maybe it was just the computer I had been working on. All 3 have the same results. Can it be that I made a change to my control panel on the JM Website that may have interfered with my settings?
