every time i tried to log into chat i get an "invalid password/user name" response. i know that my official user name with jm is different then the name that appears but i don't know how to bypass that. i would like to join chat with my ddc girls and i can't.

and if it matters, i am using mac safari for mac osx leopard.

You'll need to change your user name. Our Chat software does not recognize special characters in user names, so that's why you get the error message. There is a sticky here for info on changing your user name.
