I cant seem to get my picture to upload it tells me to contact a board admin. can anyone help me?

I believe you need to have at least 10 posts before uploading a profile picture.

I just tried again and I have more than 10 posts now and it still tells me to contact a board admin. is there anything else I might be missing?
