if you look at my siggy below and see the chick look to the right. The small character next to is if you click on it it links to smiley central. Every time I try to update my siggy and click enter I get a new browser open up with smiley central!

What I've done:
ran adware, spyware, deleted all code started over, restarted computer, checked add/remove and saw nothing, tried with a different browser nothing

I am going out of my mind.

**** I was told it's a html code issue.

Yep, html issues. You should be fixed now. Let me know if you are still having problems.

Code:
You had < at the end instead of the closing </a> tag

You also had an extra </a> tag up a little further in your code.
It looked like you copied and pasted and just kind of pasted it over the middle of the code. Mostly make sure any time you have an

Code:
tag that you have an tag somewhere after it.

That is almost always the cause of the problem.
