We are closely monitoring performance of the new boards, but we are also grateful when our Members report bugs. If you notice any bugs please report them to us here.

Everytime I log on, every "new" post in every single board is from February. It has no up to date posts.

This will be fixed by the morning. It's a temporary issue while we import all of the posts from the original boards.

I'm in the UK, so it's morning here. A few girls have noticed that their post counts have dropped, i guess that will be fixed when all the posts have been moved over too?

I've lost a lot of my saved PMs. The last PM I have in my inbox is from Dec 29th, 2008. Also, for some reason it has all of the PMs I've sent before (until December) saved, when I rarely save a sent PM.

There are some stickies and subforums that are no longer supposed to be there, but they all got imported. Will that be fixed when everything is done being imported?

I'm guessing this was brought live from an older save point, and now that the old board is frozen for new posts the posts after that save point are being migrated and sometime later today everything will be caught up.

You might mention in the announcement that private forums are only visible in the forums lists when logged in.

Er... Isn't there a feature for flood control that can prevent accidental double posts? Or does that somehow need to be off for the import?

This new program is so confusing...hopefully over the next few days, everything gets worked out and fixed...I noticed on a lot of the posts it said they were from 1969? Obviously that's not right.

The private messages are being imported as we speak.

This is something rachel or patty will need to handle. Could you provide us with some specifics?

Will the boards be faster after the import today is finished? it's been incredibly slow for me.
Also, will we be able to hide forums from the main list like we were able to on the old setup?

Did the passwords for the private areas on the boards change?

Well, I've only been in the Feb DDC so far, so that's where the specifics will come from. Our Cyber Shower sub-forum is showing up, when it was taken down sometime last month (I believe), and there are two seperate Due Date Calender stickies up that were taken down before (last posts Sept 26 and Oct 27).

A few things I've noticed...

-My messages in my inbox are gone.
-All posts are from Feb. though I know there were March ones yesterday (September DDC).
-If you sort the posts in ascending order you will see posts from 1969. I have a screenshot I can email someone if needed.

It appears that PMs are disabled by default. I had to go edit my preferences to enable private messages. Is that what everyone needs to do?

Send a message via Yahoo to Madeline410
I don't have hosts permissions again. I tried logging out, clearing my cookies, etc. I'm using Firefox.

Taken from the announcement- As a security measure, our old message board system did not export your passwords to the new system along with the rest of your information. So we need for everyone to use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password. You do not need to choose a new password, you can use the same one you’ve been using – you just need enter it into our new system. This is an easy process which should take just a couple of minutes but if you have any trouble changing your password, please notify Rachel at boards@justmommies.com or you can email me at christine@justmommies.com

Yes, you'll have to change that. The default settings have PMs disabled. You just have to go in and enable them, I'm glad you were able to figure it out.
