We've posted on our board the steps to enable PMs. There is one member though that I still can't PM. She says she followed all of the steps so I'm not sure what's going on.

This is the message that I get.
Just Nana has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Just Nana from the recipient list and send the message again.
