I have changed my PM choice in the User CP 5 times and saved my changes and it never saves them. I can't send or receive pm's because it keeps saying I turned them off. But I have turned them back on over and over. Help!

I seem to be having the same issue. I swore I've changed up my pm box to be open to all JM members but people are still having a hard time pming me. I feel so silly asking for clarification but I must be doing something wrong.

Are you sure that after you click to make the change that you are scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and clicking to save your changes?

OH this is so embarassing!! I figured it out! I had another check mark to Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators !
