For some reason my secret garden password for Oct DDC isn't being saved anymore. I have to enter it each time I come to the site. It also doesn't "remember" the playrooms and such that I "hide" to make navigating easier. Any ideas? It worked just fine until a few days ago. I haven't changed anything on my end.

Have you tried clearing out your cookies and cache on your web browser? I've found that sometimes if those get full, I start "dropping" cookies.

Did your internet browser have a recent update? Maybe it changed things some. I really am not sure, but maybe an admin might.

Firefox and I did indeed have a recent update. I didn't think about that. Is that why?

I don't know if that is the reason, but it is all I can think of.

Check this setting for me. Go to the top of your browser and go to tools>> then options.

Click on the Privacy tab at the top. You will see your cookie settings there. The box for Accept cookies from sites and accept third party cookies should be checked. Then under that there is a setting to choose when the cookies will expire. Make sure that is set to Keep until they expire.

I had already done that. I also checked and I do have cookies accepted from JM. Totally at a loss as to why it's not working. I guess it's not a huge deal. I can just type in the password for my secret garden.

Just letting you know we changed some of our cookie settings. Can you let me know if that helped?
