When I go to send a private message and put the member name in the box, type it and hit send, it says that the user is not found. But if I go through the person's profile and click through it to send them a message, it will send. How can I fix it?

I have only had that problem when I typed the name wrong somehow...missed a space or _ or something. An admin might now if this is an issue though and will reply soon. Another way to send a pm is by clicking once on the username above each post. A drop down menu appears and the 2nd option is to send a pm.

I know that I typed the names right because I tried about 4 times. I need to send out quite a few pm's so I could click through the members profiles but that would take a really long time.
