Im new to the whole forum thing, which now that I am apart of JM I am on here everyday. But I see everyone with blinkies and I think they are so cute and expressive, but.. I cant seem to understand where I can get them from and how to put them on my signature. Does anyone know any good sites to get them and how do I put them on my signature?

Check out the Siggies R Us Board. There is a subforum called Blinkie Stash and it has loads of blinkies and also instructions on how to put them in your siggie.
