How do you edit the code in a siggy? I only see the WYSIWYG version.

we no longer have the toggle feature as it was part of an add-on that needed to be turned off because it was contributing to the double posting issues. so you just need to go into your User CP and click on "edit options". scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and change the editor interface to Standard instead of WYSIWYG.
