How do I get my siggy to show up? Or is it just me that can't see it? I only have one blinkie up for the time being but I can only see it when I go to edit my signature.

You won't see anyone's siggies until you have 10 posts. I see your signature, so it definitely took! Post a few more times and they should all show up for you.
