It's been over a year since I last logged in on my old username (ladyjill), when I try to retrieve my password it tells me that the username is not recognized. I checked back through old posts to make sure that was infact my old name, which it was.. I hate using this new account because since I'm considered a "newbie" it's not letting me do anything.

Please help me log into my old account!
