I somehow messed up my time zone and it is not correct. I live in NC. How do I fix this?

If you go to User CP (you'll find that in the menu under the title of the post) then go to Edit Options (under the Settings & Options heading on the left hand side) and if you scroll down near the bottom of the page you'll be able to change your time zone
